For the weekly rent sheets and bath outfit are furnished in the beginning of tstaying and changed in the half week; breakfast and cleaning services are considered extras.

For shortes staying than a week the cost includes the choice among the use of the kitchen or the daily cleaning and breakfast services included to the morning; in the case is chosen to use the kitchen those services are considered extras
